Exceptionnel<br>#128578; Tres bien situé, avec une très belle vue

Perfect terrace with marvelous views...<br>#128578; The terrace and views were breathtaking! The apartment appears to be recently renovated. It was so cute and comfortable. The location was perfect. It was an easy walk from the train station with smooth sidewalks for wheeled luggage. Grocery stores, shops, restaurants, and the old town were very close.<br>#128577; The apartment is on the 9th floor, but the elevator only goes to the 8th floor. The water pressure was low, but it was fine for us. The ceilings are low in parts of the bathroom, so tall people need to watch their heads. It was a great place and we would love to stay here again.

Bohemian Life style<br>#128578; Such a great place, we could have stayed forever! Feels like a La Bohème life style above the roofs of the city. Shower was working fine, elevator great, very quiet up in the air<br>#128577; Equipment needs to be amended: 2 broken chairs, need more small plates, bowls, big cooking spoons, peeler.. but it fits to the Bohemian life style ;)

La clarté, la propreté, le confort, l'emplacement et surtout cette vue !! Un séjour inoubliable dans notre Annecy adorée, on reviendra c'est sûr. Merci à la Conciergerie du Lac, une fois de plus c'était top !

Apparemment exclamant situé, proche centre ville, lac, parking, gare. Vue sur le lac. Apparemment bien équipé, lave vaisselle, lave linge, machine Nespresso. A conseiller. Christophe Poirier
