😊: Location was fantastic, only 5 to 10min walk to Nice Ville Train station and only 5 to 10 min walk to nearest tram and the main shopping district with all the main st shops and 10min tram ride to Place de Masina, Another amazing benefit is you are right next to one of the best Boulangeries in Nice, fresh croissants, sandwiches, pain du chocolates and coffee every morning, and another bonus Lidl and other supermarkets are only 5 to 10 mins walk up the road so you can get your groceries/food. The apartment itself is exactly like the pictures, very clean, tidy and very modern, the pull out couch bed is actually pretty comfortable so would definitely recommend. I stayed here for a week for the F1 in Monaco and it was a great stay. Herve was great in communicating with me.. 😢: Only minor annoyance is having to go to a separate location to get the keys in a mini mart shop which with luggage is a bit of a trek, it is only 15 to 20mins walk but if you have luggage this can be a pain especially in 30 degree heat.
