Vénus Reims

😊: The 2 bedrooms and living room are spacious and comfortable.. 😢: We reached out multiple times to the owners because we could not find the property. We arrived at 8 pm and we had never been to Reims before, coming from the UK. All we got back every time was the same text in French copy-pasted with standard instructions. We also tried calling, to no avail. We felt really abandoned and promised ourselves we’ll never get an apartment again, because if we need to have some assistance, we want to be able to be helped. The bathroom looked a bit old, part of the age of the building. Not even hand soap provided..
