😊: central location across the street from the beach, private parking on site. 😢: actually this property is for sale and needs urgent renovation, especially the bathroom; this is not an properly tourist accommodation, someone has this appartement and is making some money with it till they find a buyer. There is no air conditioning ( we didn’t notice by the booking, though all properties in this area have it), only a kind of noisy cooler. In the closets is all kind of crap, lots of ceramic cups , pillows and thing that nobody needs- don’t understand why they didn’t throw them away ..

Good location and sea view...<br>#128578; A super friendly Italian woman handed us the keys and drove with us through the entire underground parking garage to show us the entrance to the private parking space. The elevator takes you directly from the underground garage to the apartment. Everything was bright, clean and friendly, from the balcony you have a great view of the sea.<br>#128577; The price was far too high, the reason for this was that the Monaco Grand Prix was taking place that very weekend, which we weren't interested in at all.

Nous reviendrons<br>#128578; Accueil chaleureux , bien dirigé par téléphone pour arriver au parking PRIVE , très bel appartement à côté de tout ( courses départ pour visite , promenade ,restaurants , boutiques ) enfin tout quoi !
