Les fenêtres des chambres sont doublées pour plus de tranquillité, car l’appartement donne sur la place du Vieux marché qui est très fréquentée. Il est bien distribué et confortable. La cuisine est spacieuse et très bien aménagée. On aime particulièrement la hauteur sous plafond et la vue depuis l les fenêtres du séjour séjour. La décoration est agréable et l’appartement est calme.<br>#128577; Nous avons moins aimé le magnifique parquet qui se trouve dans le séjour, et qui était franchement collant, bruit à chaque pas. Les draps de certaines chambres bien que laver étaient tachés.

A stylish and comfortable apartment...<br>#128578; Great location with a view over la Place du Vieux Marché - so couldn't be more central. Everything is in easy walking distance. The apartment was spacious, comfortable, nicely decorated and furnished, and well equipped. Three good sized double rooms meant no arguing over who had which room. Excellent shower and plenty of hot water. Home Rouen who manage the property were very efficient - excellent communication about our arrival and meeting us at the property. We loved being in Rouen and ...<br>#128577; The only downside to the location is that it can be noisy (late night bars and early morning street sweeping and deliveries) - double glazing is effective, although flat could get a bit warm in hot weather with windows closed - fans are provided. This really isn't a criticism though, we wouldn't have chosen the location if we were after somewhere quiet and out of the way.
