Vieux-Nice 2P climatisé Balcon

😊: Great location & close to everything you may need or want. The apartment had all we needed.. 😢: It does have a few stairs to get up & down, which isn’t the greatest with luggage..

😊: Spacious, the air con was welcome and location excellent.. 😢: It’s a pleasant property but could be cleaner.

😊: The position is amazing, in the old part of nice and very strategic. 😢: Toiletries were initially missing and we had to ask for them..

😊: Location was great. Very close to a tram stop and lots of shops and eateries nearby. Wi-Fi was good.. 😢: A lot of stairs to get up to the apartment and no lift so exhausting with luggage. One bedroom was only separated from the living area with a net curtain so not much privacy. Felt a bit shabby inside - some loose door handles, stains on the sofa, beds were fairly comfortable but pillows were very flat, the fridge leaked water unless we really pushed the door shut, we felt we needed to pre-wash any cutlery, crockery or cooking equipment we wanted to use. Couldn’t get a signal on the tv. We were asked to put the rubbish out at the end of the stay but no instructions on where to take it and no reply from the host when we messaged to ask about that..
