Great property beautiful area. Pool makes perfect holiday. Only negative was the condition that previous occupants left crockery, utensils and dishwasher, all needing hand cleaning.

My woke and myself drove from Hampshire, two sons and wives caught Eurostar 4 days later. We all wanted an awaifrom it all relaxing 3 week break and with the property being surrounded by fields/ woods and not least touristy. You need a car as 10 minutes drive to supermarket The property was a delight , with large rooms air conditioned outside kitchen and dining. Just did not want to leave poolside

Wonderful holiday in every way. Swimming pool and out door eating/cooking area just a dream especially when lots of you. House beautifully cool and equipped. Only negative is the very uncomfortable seating inside, obviously not often used but sometimes nice to come in and chill out! Eric and Florence were lovely hosts and made sure everything was perfect. We can't wait to go back to a wonderful property in a beautiful setting, we already miss the daily serends from the golden orioles and cicadas

We spent one week in February in Eric's nice house. The house is well equipped with Sauna, fitness area and a clean and functional kitchen. The television with the surround sound system was much better than what we have at home. For 8 people the house is spacious, but in winter season I would not recommend more. Even though the nights were cold outside, the house could be heated well with the air conditioning and the fire in the fireplace gave a nice atmosphere in the evenings. The region is one of the nicest in France. The famous ocher rocks are just a mile down the road and there are many old and culturally interesting villages around. In the valley there are vineyards, fields and small woods and just a few miles to the north small roads go up into the mountains with spectacular canyons. The area is great for road cycling, mountain biking and hiking. We want to give a strong recommendation for the house and the region. You will not be disappointed. We came with 6 boys from a cycling club between 14 and 18 years old and they were all delighted.

Nice outdoor kitchen as well equipped as the indoor kitchen. Nice, very clean swimming pool. Garden and woods for the children to play in. Large flatsccreen TV and internet... all functioning well. Clean house. Owner is helpful and takes great care of guests and house. Most of our time was spent below the trees in the outdoor kitchen. No need for a parasol for those who prefer the shadow and plenty of sun on other spots in the garden.

It was very hard to get back to reality after our holiday. Everyone had such a nice time in Provence, and we all loved the house, so thank you for playing a part in making our holiday so memorable. You deserved a glowing review after making things so easy and enjoyable for us. I hope it helps with directing more people to the house. We spent two incredible weeks in this house. The house is more than cosy and has everything you can think of. The huge outdoor kitchen under the shade facing the pool is the place where we spent most of our time. I also liked waking up looking over the park with the pond and the Luberon mountain in the background. Nice rooms, nice sleep, calm, blue sky, pool, garden, open spaces, sunsets... Great memories. My boyfriend and I rented this villa with a group of 10 friends in September 2011 for a week's holiday in Provence. The villa was perfect for a group or family holiday. There was plenty of space in a pretty rural setting, yet only 5 minutes drive into Rousillon village. We spent some of our time relaxing by the pool and enjoying the beautiful summer weather and the rest of our time exploring the surrounding villages. The owner of the villa was so helpful and made the whole experience straight forward and enjoyable. Although none of us had been there before, the owner's directions helped us get from Marseille to the villa without a hitch. We had hired car so that we could also explore the surrounding areas and the villa was a perfect base for us, as there were plenty of other towns and villages to explore nearby. Apt, with it's larger selection of supermarkets and shops, was only a short 10 minute drive by car. All the rooms were nicely laid out and we had every amenity that we wanted/needed. The best thing about the villa was the amazing outdoor cooking area, where there was a fridge, gas cooker, food preperation counters, sink etc, as well as lots of outdoor seating. Most nights we cooked outddors, lit candles and enjoyed the simple pleasure of eating outdoors in the mild weather. The whole experience was easy, enjoyable and utterly memorable, and I can't thank the owner enough for all the help and direction he gave us when we were planning and booking the holiday. Friends who accommpanied me and my boyfriend on the trip are still thanking us for organising it three months later. The villa is somewhere I would keep in mind for future holidays and I have already recommended it to family and friends. -Dawn
