Villa 5 avec piscine privative dans domaine prestigieux

The property was lovely, modern and clean. Perfect for two families with kids, we had a wonderful time and it all the amenities we needed for a perfect stay! Would highly recommend!

It is a fantastic house and even better than the photos. The pool area and garden is just amazing! The pull-out bed in the small room could be better if two people should sleep there for a whole week, but that is the only negative thing to say. Otherwise this pool house is just fantastic!

We are family of 5 with children aged 17, 14 and 9. Everyone found something to love about this villa. It is very modern with all the facilities you could ever need for a relaxing stay. It is located in a secure, gated community about 5 minutes from Villeneuve-Loubet and the A8, 15 minutes from Nice and Antibes if you catch the traffic just right. The pool is fantastic, heated to 28°c and very well maintained. It is perfect for small people and bigger people who just want to splash about. For those who want a bit more there is access to the community's very big swimming pool a few minutes down the road. The communication/feedback from the owner was exceptional; informative, helpful and quick. When we arrived at the villa we were given a full tour of the facilities with a full explanation of the very expensive TV and entertainment systems. If you spend your time sat in front an X-Box though you will miss out on SO much which the area has to offer you and your family. You will need your own transport. Whilst there are very good and affordable local taxi services the villa is tucked away on the complex. You CAN walk to the local shop, bar and restaurant but you will find that a car will allow you to get around the complex much easier and to explore the local area. The villa has a good variety of bi-cycles available though if that's your "thing". On arrival we found the villa to have been cleaned to a very high standard and that there was a variety of products in the fridge and cupboards to get you started. This was very helpful as there is nothing worse that arriving at your holiday home and realising that your 1st shopping trip to the local super-marche (Casino or Carrefour) will involve you having to purchase basic stuff such as cooking oil, sugar, milk, condiments and bread, Hopefully this review will be of help to anyone looking to book this villa. We had a fantastic time and we look forward to returning in the future.

Beautiful house, which we very much enjoyed staying in. We were travelling with 5 kids and we had the fence around the pool, which meant that the parents could also relax:-) As we spent the days outside, it was nice to have a kitchen and toilet outside. The owners were very helpful with everything. Would highly recommend:-)

We had a wonderful two-week stay in Sandro`s house. We loved the house - inside and out. The house was very clean and easy to live in. The kitchen was perfect for families with small children, with its large size and well-planned lay-out. The bedrooms were clean and nice. The bathrooms were very recently renovated to high standards. The garden and pool were very well maintained, and we enjoyed the pool area very much! We also enjoyed the area, with playground for the kids, tennis courts for adults and small supermarket! Sandro and his family were very easy to communicate with, and always replied quickly to any inquires from our side. Overall, we would not hesitate to come back, and we would highly recommend this house!

We have just spent a wonderful week in this great villa perfect for one or two families. The hosts were so considerate and helpful. The pool had been enclosed with a fence, because we brought a 2-year-old, cold drinks were ready for us in the refrigerator, there was coffee, spices and everything we needed to start up. Some days we just relaxed in the domain in the pool or on the tennis courts, other days we went out to visit some of all the beautiful places just around the domain. We hope to return and wish our hosts all the best.
