Villa Saint-Veran

The house and hospitality were spectacular. We were a group of 10 and absolutely enjoyed our peaceful and spectacular get a way with more than enough space for everyone’s needs. We definitely found our home away from home when we visit the south of France again, which we absolutely will as it is truly special. Thank you to the hosts for the amazing work you do while keeping this gorgeous home looking so pristine. We highly recommend this house for sure. Best wishes to all.

Wonderful everyone had a good time

Our family of 13 had a fantastic stay at this stunning villa situated on approximately 5 acres of land. The villa has been meticulously and beautifully renovated and restored by the current owners whose family has owned the villa for about 100 years. The grounds are beautiful and a highlight is the beautiful pool and pool house which we all thoroughly enjoyed, especially our grandchildren. The caretakers, Catherine and Fabrice, were very attentive to our requests. The villa is conveniently located near the Nice airport and there is a great grocery store and several patisseries nearby. The owners created a wonderful book with many suggestions for activities and lots of useful information. We had a memorable vacation in this idyllic villa. Thank you!

The villa was perfect for our family which included grandchildren aged 5 to 11 traveling from New Zealand and Australia. It was so comfortable and relaxing with everything we needed. The local village was just a short walk away for morning pastries and coffees. Thoroughly recommend it!

Incredibly beautiful house, EVERYTHING was perfect. We were a group of friends, 11 persons, we all would love to come back. Owner and housekeepers just wonderful. Southern France as beautiful as can be!

Between the location near a small town, beautiful grounds, and hospitality of the host this was a fabulous find. Highly recommend for large groups. This fit our 13 folks without any trouble.

Domains Des Lions is a wonderful property. We were looking for a warm and welcoming house to rent for a large family gathering that included a new born baby, young children, teenagers, parents and grandparents - domains des lions was a perfect setting. The main house was beautiful with excellent space and facilities for 14 people. The pool house and swimming pool provided wonderful settings for all of us to hang out, have fun and eat dinner. Thierry and Cecile were very warm, helpful and responsive and Adelaide was delightful to work with. The location provides an excellent base camp from which to explore the many local attractions like Monaco, Nice, Antibes and Cannes. We left with wonderful memories and we would highly recommend domains des lions for anyone looking for a high quality, family friendly home in the Côte d’Azur.

We had an absolutely wonderful time at Domaine des Lions! There was plenty of room for the twelve of us, and the house was beautifully furnished and extremely comfortable. The pool and grounds are truly spectacular. Thierry and Cecile were gracious and helpful, and the house has an excellent handbook with recommendations on everything from hiking trails to restaurants. Thanks so much for an unforgettable experience! It had been many years since we had visited the Côte d’Azur, and we could not have hoped for a more relaxing and enjoyable week.
