Villa 80m2 terrace 100m2 between Cannes Antibes swimming pool garden view sea mountains

Thank you JL and Eva. This property was everything we expected. The location was peaceful and very pretty with fabulous views. Eva’s work was all around the property and it was beautiful. If only the car was bigger 😂. The apartment is comfortable with 3 good sized bedrooms. It is very well equipped with everything you need for cooking. The pool is a great size. A 5 minute drive to the town where there are plenty of shops and restaurants. Then another few minutes to the beach. Cannes, Nice, Antibes and Monaco are all a short drive. You will not be disappointed if you book this gorgeous property.

Wir (Familie +3 Teenager) haben eine sehr schöne Woche in Vallauris verbracht! Top waren die Zimmer mit eigener Dusche! Platz genug für alle. Alles was man so braucht war vorhanden ( Küchenutensilien, Waschmaschinen, Geschirrspüler, Bügeleisen, Föne etc…) Klimaanlage in den Schlafzimmern. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Sehr freundliche, nette Vermieter . Und obendrein noch sehr schöne Skulpturen und Kunst um das Haus herum. Supermarkt etc in der Nähe . Wir können es nur weiterempfehlen 🇫🇷👩‍🎨😊

Wir, 2 Familien mit jeweils einem Kleinkind, hatten eine wunderbare Woche bei Eva und Jean! Die Wohnung sowie die Anlage sind sehr großzügig und schön angelegt - typisch französisch! Die 3 Schlafzimmer mit en Suite Waschbecken und Dusche bieten genug Raum für bis zu 6 Erwachsene. Die Wohnung liegt direkt an einer Straße, die nach Vallauris und Antibes führt. Dennoch hört man davon kaum etwas in der Wohnung. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen - wir hatten alles was wir brauchten. Gerne wieder :)

La villa, celle où l'on revient ! Les différentes terrasses dont nous profitons dans cette villa font qu'originaire des Antilles à plusieurs reprises nous avons pu avoir le sentiment d'être aux îles. Rapidement, vous y trouvez votre place. La piscine est dans un beau cadre agréable. Ne pas négliger la terrasse avec la fontaine : histoire d'être dans un total lâcher prise... Merci aux propriétaires : Nous reviendrons !

Villa des Artes was just beautiful! Very conveniently located near a good boulanger ie and supermarket as well as towns like Cannes, Nice and Monaco. The views from the terrace are really lovely and the terrace itself has a seating area outside every bedroom, each of which has a patio door opening to the terrace. The sculptures around the property add a sense of culture and class to the property like no other. The swimming pool is really private and so well thought out with seating a seating area, sculptures and ample flow pots to make it a luxurious experience.. Eva and her husband are the most kind and delightful hosts who invited our daughter to a sculpting class she held in her studio downstairs. He husband is a jazz musician who invited us to listen to him and his band of friends play in their home. We were able to swim privately and listen to their music! All in all we had a wonderful experience and highly recommend this very classy and delightful property.
