Villa ALBATROS WIFI Vue GOLF et PINS - 5mn à pied Plage - Golf Surf Tennis

Maison agréable à vivre et bien située, une petite remarque au niveau des accessoires pour la cuisine .. il serait bien utile d’en renouveler qqn.... même si le frigo était nouveau d’une semaine .. il n’a pas été nettoyé entre les 2 réservations et on a du s’y coller :-( pour le reste, tout était très bien !

The villa is set in a gated estate, a few minutes walk or cycle through the back of a golf course and some pretty woods from a lovely, rustic stretch of beach which can't be accessed by cars - and is therefore a lot quieter than the main stretch of Moliets beach 1km or so away. This is our second time in a villa in this area. We really enjoy the laid-back feel of the region and also the fact that places like Bayonne, Biarritz and San Sebastien are within an hour or so and so easy to get to for a day out or just for dinner. Within the main resort there are plenty of good places to eat and drink, hire bikes etc. We also booked into Surf School for the week on the main beach, but we then found out that there was a school operating out of our quiet local beach - so worth a Google. The villa itself is nice, light and modern - plenty of place for 8 of us: 4 adults and 4 teenagers. We kicked the kids upstairs, and took the downstairs rooms by the pool which were a little bit cooler on the warm nights. The facilities were all that we could have asked for or needed, and the couple of minor problems we did encounter (missing lead to link TV to DVD player, some teatowels and pillows not quite as clean as they could have been) were quickly dealt with by Christophe the property manager. Would recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing villa holiday in this area.

Wir haben mit der ganzen Familie (mein Mann und ich) unsere 4 Kinder, 3 Schwiegerkinder und 2 Enkelkinder hier unseren Urlaub verbracht. Wir haben ein sehr gepflegtes und mit viel Liebe eingerichtetes Haus vorgefundenen. Beeindruckt hat uns die gepflegte Anlage. Während unseres Aufenthaltes wurde z. B. regelmäßig der Pool gewartet. Wir bedanken uns für die freundliche Aufnahme und einen sehr gemütlichen Rahmen für unseren Familienurlaub XXL.

War mit 9 fast erwachsenen / erwachsenen Kindern für 2 Wochen in Moliets. Sehr schön renoviertes Ferienhaus in einer Siedling direkt im Golfplatz. Ruhig gelegen, das Meer in Höhrweite. Die Zimmer sind zwischen luxuriös und ordentlich eingerichtet. Für 10 Personen gerade ausreichend, 8 optimal. Alles notwendige vorhanden. Viel Platz und schöner Pool. Wir haben uns alle sehr wohl gefühlt. Wenn es sich wieder einmal ergiebt, dass alle Kinder mit Anhang mit in Urlaub fahren, dann gerne wieder in der Villa Turquoise

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine de vacances dans cette villa. Les prestations sont de qualité et l'accueil chaleureux. Golf, plage et activités diverses sont au rendez-vous. C'était notre 3eme année sur Moliets et notre séjour le plus agréable. Nous avons donc décidé de relouer la villa turquoise en juillet 2016.

We stayed with friends in august for a week in Villa Albatros and enjoyed it very much! The modern wooden house has a warm atmosphere with all the comfort you want; very clean and tidy. The pool and the great view are absolutely fantastic. Very quiet area close to the sea; just a short walk through the beautiful woods. The owner is very friendly and helpful, gives lots of advice and responds quickly to questions and E-Mails. Really a very nice place to stay! Claudia R.

"We were a group of 4 people (2m/2f) spending one week (start of sept 11) at the villa albatros in Moliets. The goal of our vacation – which we accomplished – was to surf and relax. Upon our arrival the house wasn''t ready yet as cleaning was still going on due to a late departure of the previous habitants. We weren''t in a rush so it didn''t bother us. The house was tidy and clean. The living room is spacious and the home entertainment sys (flat screen tv, stereo, sat receiver etc.) was wording fine. Bring connecting cables if you want to connect iphon/ipad/laptop etc. The kitchen is really well equipped and didn''t leave any of our needs unsatisfied. We cooked every day and mainly used the massive BBQ Grill outside. Try to make sure that you listen carefully how to turn it on during the introduction unless you are familiar with French BBQ Grills... There is one bedroom down and two bedroom upstairs all equipped with bathrooms. Both on the first floor provide jaccuzis and high-end hansgrohe quality-showers with different modes (rainforrest, waterfall etc. – awesome!). The front yard/veranda is awesome to hang out and relax. The infinity pool is heated and lots of fun! There is lots of outdoor activities provided in the area. We focused on surfing. The beach is a 10min walk away over the dunes (you don''t get any closer than that!). The local surf spot is quite good and worked well when we were there. Furthermore the beach is not too crowded there. For more information check surfing websites... If you are into partying at clubs and bars this location might be a bit too far off. You need a car to get around. Closest decent convenience stores are in a 5 to 10 minutes drive range. Anyhow. The place is ace and I would recommend it to anyone! Make sure you book it straight to the owner mr. V. (you ll get to know him if you book through here). He is really helpful and quick at responding to emails. This house can be found on various websites. Make sure you compare prices. If you book through an agency such as interhome, you end up paying far too much... There is also a garage to put your car in."
