We absolutely loved our stay in this outstanding villa with amazing views over Menton. It was so lovely and quiet, a bit off the beaten path with no direct road access to the villa but well worth the short walk down the cobble path and through the beautiful gardens. The garage on the main road for parking the car was a definite bonus. It was wonderfully clean with all we needed for a fabulous relaxing stay. The beds where very comfortable and the host was extremely helpful from helping to carry our bags to making sure we had all we needed for a perfect relaxing holiday. Thank you for everything. We look forward to returning soon.

Wir sind wirklich viel unterwegs, aber selten haben wir einen Ort gefunden, an dem wir so zufrieden waren wie hier. Es gibt eine Sonnenterrasse im ersten Stock und eine weitere Terrasse im Erdgeschoss zum gemeinsamen Essen und zusammen sitzen. Auch die Küche hat alles was man braucht. Der fantastische Blick auf das Meer und der mit viel Liebe gepflegte schöne Garten sind der Höhepunkt dieses wunderschönen Häuschen. Der Vermieter Olivier ist ein wunderbarer Mensch, der uns gegenüber immer absolut freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit war. Wir haben uns nie beobachtet gefühlt. Cher Olivier, nous avons été ravis de faire votre connaissance et nous nous réjouissons déjà de revenir à Menton!

My husband and I stayed here for a week August 2022 and had the most wonderfully relaxing time. Olivier met us and showed us the property as well as the beautiful gardens full of fruit trees 🌳 and even the resident tortoises 🐢. The location was peaceful with only a short walk to the car / garage or down to the bustling town of Menton with all its beaches, restaurants and bars. Olivier was so helpful in recommending restaurants. Nothing was too much bother. Everything was provided to ensure a hassle free stay. We will definitely be back 😊

Nous avons passé 15 très beaux jours dans cette jolie villa sur les hauteurs de Menton. La vue est à couper le souffle, le jardin luxuriant et le calme absolu. Olivier est adorable et aux petits soins pour vous satisfaire, vous conseiller. De plus, il nous a couvert de délicates attentions. Vous pouvez louer les yeux fermés.

Nous avons passé 3 semaines de vacances très agréables : Un site merveilleux avec une vue mer et une vue montagne au top niveau. Une très jolie villa tout confort au calme sur un jardin magnifique (planté d'agrumes) très bien entretenu. Un positionnement un peu original de la maison car un peu éloigné de la route, qui nous a permis de garder une très bonne condition physique ! Un étage très confortable climatisé fort appréciable quand il fait 26° la nuit dehors. (tous les jours) Et sans oublier : Olivier, adorable, tout le temps disponible et à l’écoute ayant toujours une solution pour des clients « exigeants » comme nous ! Merci beaucoup Olivier ! Nous avons été reçu avec enthousiasme dans un endroit idyllique. Une vue imprenable, un calme absolu. La villa se situe dans une propriété entourée de citronniers... dans les hauteurs de Menton. Nous avons été ravis de passer une semaine sous le soleil. Merci Olivier.

Lovely property with a beautiful garden and great views over the town and sea. Villa clean and well equipped - air conditioning in the bedroom was particularly appreciated! Olivier the host was very friendly and helpful. Be warned though, the walk up to you he villa from the town is quite challenging so if you struggle with walking up steep gradients you should bring a car as there is a nearby garage. However the beautiful views are your reward!
