I dropped this rating a couple of stars due to a couple of key issues we had with our stay. The most important is there is not a washing machine in the unit and there is not even laundry facilities in the complex, you have to go into town. The second key issue was with the access codes to the community, we never got them to work, however fortunately a friendly neighbor showed us a hack to get in the pedestrian gate. This is a place that you probably would want to have a vehicle. It is a ways from town, there is a bit that has a pretty steep grade and with heat it was quite a hike with groceries.

Extremely quiet and nice house on a high level with enough room for the whole family. Everything needed is easily found in the surounding villages and towns, by car reaching fast. Best conditions for a relaxing time out.

We are a family with four small children (11,9,7,7). The accommodation was ideal for us, albeit a bit warm at night. It was well equipped and the view from the terrace was amazing, as we were entertained with an amazing sunset each evening and the stars were countless. Cassis itself was beautiful and within 15 min walk from the apartment. We drove also and parked at Mimosa car park most days. It was full by about 11am. There is a useful toilet at the car park too which is a frequent pit stop for 4 young children! The swimming pool within the complex was large, always clean and well maintained. We entertained ourselves locally at Aqualand ( book your tickets online before you leave and print them out - well worthwhile for families! ) Water Rides are classified by over 1.1m, 1.2m and 1.3m. We also booked the "dune" snorkelling which was worth it for the experience. The guide helpfully spoke English very well which made it more interesting for the kids. The calanques boat tours are a must! In summary , we loved the accommodation, the scenery, the ambience and will definitely be back! Thank you Brigitte!

This is a lovely property. It was easy to book and we received lots of great ideas about restaurants and attractions from the owner. The pool is very nice and easy to access. The rooms were very nice, good size and well-kept. The location is very convenient. I highly recommend this property. Kerry

We spent an amazing week in Brigette's beautiful home. The property was exactly as described and check in and out was easy. Brigette spent time to sit down and tell us some of her favorite restaurants and attractions. The home has amazing views and is about a 15-20 minute walk to the marina and main shopping areas. There is some great hikes very close by and the town of Cassis is utterly charming. Thanks Brigette. We'll be back!

We were two couples without children for one week. We each had our own bedroom and bathroom, though there is room for more guests. The kitchen and living room are excellent and the view from the patio is stunning. We love this place and have now been here three years running. Cassis is a delightful town, and the owners are most helpful and friendly. The house is always clean and comfortable.
