Villa climatisée située sur la Côte d'Azur et surplombant la Méditerranée

Lovely villa in a great location near to Antibes, Nice and Cannes. The villa was extremely comfortable and well equipped. Communication with the owners was excellent particularly when we had an issue with the air conditioning. Pool was also lovely and quiet in the mornings although worth bearing in mind it is a 10 minute walk up and down a hill. All in all we really enjoyed it and hope to return one day.

Notre séjour dans la maison de Margaretha s’est très bien passé. La maison est spacieuse, bien équipée pour une famille avec de jeunes enfants, le jardin est grand et nous avons bien profité du tennis de la résidence. Idéalement située entre Nice et Antibes.

We had a very good week at the Villa Soleil. First the location is fantastic, about half way between Nice and Cannes , a 10- minute drive to the nearest beach, walking distance to a large nature park and with fabulous views. The house is exactly as pictured, with 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, in addition to a living area and a large patios area. In addition, the pool is a short distance away. We were able to use the patio for many wonderful dinners. The house was clean and communication with the owner very easy. I would highly recommend and look forward to visiting again in the future.

We have enjoyed our stay thoroughly. The villa has all the equipment one needs and is of good quality. This is a house where the owners spend their time. It is between Antibes and Nice in a quiet gated community with a large pool and two decent tennis courts. The backyard is private and offers view of the sea. The property is located on a hill. There can some noise from the motorway every now and again when one is outside but it is not overbearing and has not bothered us. Owners were responsive and helpful when we contacted them with questions.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Kitchen, bathrooms and laundry are very well equipped: you feel at home instantly. Tennis court and shared swimming pool are well maintained. Since the villa is close to various main roads and the railway station is at 10 minutes drive, it is an excellent location to make day trips along the coastal region of the South of France. Nice, Cannes, Antibes, Biot and St Paul de Vence are within 30-45 minutes drive. We did not anticipate the closeness of the A8 motorway: it took us some time to get used to.

This was such a great holiday experience. Tom and Margaretha have really thought of everything and the place is so well equipped. You don’t need to bring anything apart from clothes! Really child-friendly - they’ve thought of everything for kids and babies. It was all so easy. Villa is stunning and the area is really great to explore. Loads to see and do. Such a perfect spot for a holiday.
