I cannot speak highly enough about this wonderful house, in an outstanding location. It was a taste of paradise, perfect in every way.And on top of that, our lovely hosts Katelijne and Stephane made us feel so relaxed and genuinely welcome. They felt like friends by the end of our magic 2 weeks.

Absolutely perfect in every way. Quiet, private, easy walking to supermarket and town, great pool and beautiful views. Cammy and Katelijine were friendly and helpful - couldn’t ask for more!

We recently spent two wonderful weeks at Katilyn and Stephane’s beautiful house in Pézenas, and it truly exceeded our expectations. The home is spacious, peaceful, and tastefully decorated—perfect for a relaxing getaway. It had everything we needed and more, making it feel like a true home away from home.The pool was a highlight for us—we used it nearly every day and it was a fantastic way to unwind. The property is extremely well-equipped, with thoughtful touches throughout that made our stay comfortable and convenient. Things like, the coffee machine was a big hit, towels for the pool and some essentials you need straight away.Pézenas itself is a charming town, full of delightful shops and excellent restaurants. We especially recommend **Grain de Riz**—a real gem! We also explored the surrounding area, including a scenic drive to Colombiers where we enjoyed electric boating, and a trip into the mountains for breathtaking views. The coastline is also within easy reach, making the location ideal for day trips in every direction.The house is very well maintained, and we felt genuinely welcomed and well cared for throughout our stay. Katilyn, Stephane and their daughters hospitality especially made a big difference—they were friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect.We left feeling completely relaxed and refreshed. It was a truly memorable holiday, and we wouldn’t hesitate to return. Highly recommended!

A great Villa with all the facilities. Pool and hot tub were warmed perfectly and the views over the vineyards are stunning. Plenty to do in Pezenas, don't miss the weekly wine festival and markets (in season), a good choice of restaurants and cafes too. Thank you to the very discrete owners for sharing their wonderful home. We all want to come back!

A really beautiful villa in a perfect location. Amazing swimming pool. Five-minute walk to the supermarket and 20-minute walk to the town, where there are lovely restaurants and bars. The owners were so helpful and friendly. We can't wait to go again!
