Villa de grand standing avec piscine, Nice, 6 personnes, 3 chambres

Everything went as planned, and as promised; the place was stunning with a splendid view. House as well equipped as home. It was all truly perfect. Will definitely come back. The host was very responsive and helpful.

The villa was amazing. The best heated infinity pool ever seen. A lot of space, very well kept garden, extra respect for that! Fantastic views, enjoyable in the daytime and at night! Missing it already!

Un accueil complètement inadapté du propriétaire qui n'a eu de cesse de nous reprocher une arrivée tardive même si nous avions prévenu l'interlocuteur sur place ("le chassé croisé devait être anticipé par nos soins et nous devions être absolument à 16h pour le check in - à part une téléportation la circulation et les bouchons sont indépendants de notre volonté). La 7ème personne avait été acceptée lors de la réservation mais un lit d'appoint de piètre qualité n'est pas en adéquation avec le tarif de la location. Pour le reste, cette location est très bien située avec une piscine de grande qualité.

Garten und Pool fantastisch

We spent a fantastic week in this wonderful villa. The villa is perfectly situated with exceptional views (especially in the evenings). The interior of the villa is lovely, especially downstairs with interesting art on every wall. The kitchen is well equipped but it is the outdoor space where this villa really comes in to it's own. The garden is beautiful and so well thought out. It is a colourful yet tranquil space with plenty of seating and outdoor eating options. The pool is one of the nicest we have experienced both in terms of temperature and situation. Nice is only a 20 minute car ride away and Monte Carlo and St. Paul de Vence within 40 minutes. The owner, Michel, could not have been more helpful and accommodating from arranging some food to be there on our rather late arrival to doing our check out at 5am!

We stayed for a week in this gorgeous villa it exceeded our expectations. There were 6 of us from Australia (4 adults 2 children). We each had our own double bedroom ensuite bathroom. The house was spacious well equipped. The outdoor area was superb with a beautiful garden infinity pool. It was great having a supermarket close by with everything that you needed. We did some day trips to Cannes, Monaco, Antibes Vence but the local villages were also delightful it was always a treat to get back to the house relax/cook dinner. Michel kept in good communication answered all our queries promptly even though we don't speak French. He arranged for someone to meet us at the house on arrival to give us the key show us around. It was a great stay.

We rented the villa 27 August to 5th Sept. The standard of the property exceeded the description, the layout was accurately described though the distance from the airport is farther than given because of the nature of the roads. Own transport is essential as the quoted taxi fare from Nice was €40-60. The property was clean, well maintained, spacious. There is plenty choice for communal and individual seating. The Owner kept good communications prior to our stay though there was some language issues and it is worth noting that key collection and arrival/departure arrangements would have been difficult without the fluent French of two in our party. A high standard and peaceful villa, we visited, Nice, Monaco, Cannes but never lingered long as the draw back to the villa was so strong.
