Villa Defendum

😊: Perfect location ! a piece of quietness in an always crowded South of France. Due to size and location of property absolute privacy, nice view on Golfe Juan. Close to Cannes (perfect connection by train from Golfe Juan) and to Antibes. The host was attentive, fixed a piece of broken down appliance and offered champagne at his restaurant.. 😢: The Pictures do not tell the story ! The property it selves is old and there is significant wear and tear inside and outside. The villa needs serious restoration. The interior walls had been painted recently what made it acceptable, but quality of kitchen and bathrooms, outside furniture, pool etc is far below standards for this type of properties (Villa in the South of France). When you expect "villa" standards this is going to be a serious dissapointment..

😊: The garden. 😢: Was so so so dirty they did not even have any soap or toilet paper.

Tolle Bewertung werden nicht vorkommen.

Silenzio incredibile ed ottimo panorama.<br>#128577; Con qualche piccolo accorgimento ed un po’ di ordine potrebbe diventare veramente una villa da sogno, ma visto il prezzo rispetto al contesto in cui si trova, nulla di così catastrofico
