VILLA JARDIN SUD Charming house with private pool and Mediterranean garden

We had a wonderful holiday in the house. The house is very spacious and is located on a spacious plot. Nice pool and well maintained. House is equipped with all necessities. Unfortunately, there are also downsides; the wifi is very mediocre. The house is offered with air conditioning, this turns out to be only floor cooling on the ground floor and finally there are a lot of mosquitoes. So much that we were inside in the evenings. We recommend the owner to purchase professional equipment for this.Finally, among other things, the knob of the oven was defective on arrival. We reported this and a mechanic fixed the problem. We then received the invoice for this because the landlord was of the opinion that we caused this defect. This was incorrect but the landlord easily points to the general terms and conditions.

This property was beautiful. They had everything you needed. Well equipped with beautiful surroundings. Our group consisted of 4 adults, two teens and 2 under 10's. The house itself was beautiful, with great outdoor space for shade during the day and evening meals together, or simply chilling. The Pool was clean with plenty of sun loungers and shade available. If you are looking for a quiet retreat, this is for you. A car is a must, as no town/village in walking distance. We really could not fault this property. The ONLY downside was the mosquitos. I'm not sure if we choose a bad week, but be prepared when staying.

The house was beautiful with excellent facilities and equipment throughout. The many outside seating areas make for wonderful settings to eat or chill out. The house stayed cool in the hot weather and the pool helps with that too. There's plenty of space, more than the photos suggest, we found. Only conceivable downside is that some parts of the garden were quite bad for mosquitos.

We had a lovely family holiday at this beautiful villa. The pool was great. The villa has everything you need and is really a lovely place to stay. We made great use of the outside area. The total package (house, swimming pool, garden, furniture, kitchen, batch rooms, sleeping areas, etc...) all fits together. A great location to stay. And after all worth the money.

A lovely place, quiet, yet close to the typical village Les Vans. Perfect place for people who want to relax, but also for people who like to bike or hike or something more thrilling, wine tasting... I want to give a special word of thanks to the owner! Really perfect service, congratulations! Never before we had more friendly owners

This house does not disappoint!! If you are looking for a large family friendly villa with pool, great communal areas and al fresco dining, this is the place. We didnt eat out one night during our stay as we loved to enjoy the barbecue and kitchen at the house. The pool is beautiful, as is the whole property. There is plenty of space, we were a party of 9 and we did not get on top of each other. Sophie was very lovely and kind amd helpful with my baby and my 90 year old grandmother. 10/10 - will definitely be returning!

We had two fantastic weeks in the house near Les Vans. The interior is lovely and you feel comfortable immediately!
