Villa Maeva in Saint Raphael, a mediterranean garden at a stone throw from the beach

Très bonne accueille , gérante très agréable et sympathique, maison conforme à la description , endroit calme et proche de la mer à pied . Nous avons passée un agréable séjour. Maison adaptée enfant en base âge.

Nous avons apprécié notre séjour. Le pavillon est situé dans un quartier pavillonnaire parfaitement calme, de jour comme de nuit. L'accueil est très attentionnée: eau fraîche, serviettes assorties savamment pliées.... Il y a plein de documentations touristiques soigneusement rangés. La maison est bien équipée et joliment décorée. Il y a de la place pour ranger ses affaires. Les draps et toute la literie sont de qualité et récents. C'est un RDC surélevé; le perron a une dizaine de marches (à l'intérieur, tout est au même niveau). Le truc en plus: on peut apercevoir les écureuils dans les arbres du jardin.

Maison très agréable, idéalement située dans un quartier très calme, proche de la plage : idéal avec de jeunes enfants. On se sent comme chez soi ... Merci encore à Annie et Alain pour leur charmant accueil et tous leurs bons conseils. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour. PS : mère d'une famille nombreuse, j'ai également apprécié que les draps, serviettes de bain et de plage soient fournis : c'est un petit "plus" bien pratique ...

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à la villa Maeva. L'accueil de la propriétaire est attentionné et chaleureux. La maison est très bien conçue et équipée, fonctionnelle et spacieuse. La terrasse est grande et agréable à vivre. Et, luxe suprême, une charmante plage est à 5 min à pied ! Nous avons passé deux semaines idylliques et espérons revenir bientôt !

You´ll find the house in a quite area with very low traffic. It´s beautiful to leave the car beside the house and to walk to the beach. This is for sure very nice during high season and if you travel with children. They enjoined as well playing in the big "park" and the big terasse. But there is no "green" or garden areae to play with balls. For shopping / restaurants / daily needs you need the car as there is just very limited choice near by. The house was clean and everything was in good working conditions. We missed an aircon ore fans as we had some realy hot days / very warm nights. In our oppinion the interior is a little bit to much on the oaky old fashioned side - but this is truly a personal taste. We thought that we had rented the house for oureselfs. For this It was irritating, that the landlord slept one night in the (aircon) apartment based in the cellar of the house. As it was our last day we did not mind but we would not have liked it, if this would have been for the whole week. We do recommend this house because of the very friendly landlord and the perfect location. We think that it needs some improvements (style, fans, BBQ, idealy a samll pool, ) to make it a 100% recomandation for a real long and relaxed holiday stay.

We have been in Villa Maeva for a week in July. The owner was very kind and helpful. The house is very well equipped, the surroundings are really quiet (it is a residential area). Nice garden (downstairs) and a really nice patio. The beach is at walking distance, not too crowded (at least during the week in july). Warmly suggested as a holyday retreat

Charming and comfortable villa, superbly equipped,in lovely tranquil surroundings, with easy access to beach and town centre and all amenities. The owner was extremely helpful and hospitable. This has been an ideal holiday home!
