Villa modern Super-Cannes heated Pool, Parking, CLIM, 7 min to Cannes Beach

😊: I recently stayed at this villa and it met all my expectations. The house is modern, perfectly clean, and very comfortable for a group of friends, with great beds and a fully equipped kitchen. The pool and outdoor area are fantastic, very private and peaceful, ideal for relaxing after a day in Cannes. The location is quiet yet just a short drive from the beach and city center, so you get the best of both worlds. The host was responsive and helpful, which made everything smooth. I highly recommend this villa and would not hesitate to book it again, if you’re hesitating, just go for it.. 😢: You need a car or uber but it is the price for privacy.

😊: We loved the quiet setting , the great panoramic view. We had a great time and will definitely come back soon. 10 minutes from city center and uber works really well. We did not swim due to weather but the pool was kept clean.. 😢: You need a car , but uber works very well..

😊: The swimming pool and the outside area were very nice and the view from the property was lovely. The host's instructions to meet were clear and they were there when we arrived and when we left.. 😢: The property was advertised as having two bathrooms, it only had one usable bathroom. The other one was a shoddily redone cupboard that flooded the moment it was used. The washing machine didn't work. Hygiene was not great (there were no hand soaps in the toilets, pubic hair on the beds before we changed the bedlinen ourselves)..

😊: We loved the localisation and the pool. The House was very clean at our arrival and we were offered a welcome basket with local cheese and wine.. 😢: Nothing we had a wonderfull expérience..
