A big thankyou to Alain for his hospitality. This property is fantastic, great facilities, pool and patio area are amazing. The property is in a peaceful housing area only a few minutes drive from the beach. There is a hyper market only 5 minutes drive from the house. Restaurants in two areas along the coast are only 10 minutes drive from the house. Great location for exploring with Carcasonne just over an hour away and the Camargue National Park a similar distance away. I can highly recommend this porpoerty for families or couples just looking for a great place in an ideal location.

Very well equipped villa that is clean, modern and spacious, in a beautiful location that is peaceful and private. There are local facilities within walking/cycling distance including the beach which is less than 5 mins cycle away. There a numerous local attractions in the area however we only ventured to Aqualand and preferred to explore locally on bikes and enjoy the beach/pool instead. A very relaxing, enjoyable holiday.

We had the pleasure to stay 2 weeks in this lovely house and have never had a more relaxing vacation in the best part of southern France. This house and the surrounding comes with it all. The house has charm and it is nicely decorated, it has a soul and you feel at home. On top you get hi-tech inventory through American fridge, TV sets, Pool robot cleaner, WiFi router access, Air condition and filtered ice dispenser. Plenty of space and room to unpack fully, not living out of your luggage. The garden and the pool are wonderful. We had days just opening the door in the morning, relaxing in the garden until nightfall - and we loved it. The owner is very kind and helpful - very professional in his business. The house is protected by fence and walls with plenty of space for even two cars on the premises. If you’ve never been to this region go see Cap d’Agde with its shops, restaurants, beaches or a walk at the harbor. Take your kids to Luna Park or one of the many other activities within 4km radius. For a more local and less crowded visit – go to Le Grau d’Agde and enjoy the fresh seafood at the canal. There’s a big grocery store 2km out or go buy some vegetables and fruit from the local market 500m away. This is the real deal – this is pure luxury vacation and I cannot even give it enough stars through this rating. Thank you for having us.
