😊: You would never get sick of this view it is outstanding!. 😢: Very tired, needs some looking after and fixing..

😊: The view.. 😢: The pool was cold. The owner started to repair the heater of the pool at the end of our holiday. Lots of insects evwn insode. The outside door lock was broken, they didn't repair it. We had to let it be unlocked. We asked the owner to make us fish and pasta for the child. We all received pasta and additionally fish. We did not order extra dishes, but we were charged for them. Patricia did not really want to communicate with us. We did not even see her although she lives on site. Emilio and the caretaker were friendly. This place definitely requires a car and it is not suitable for someone with mobility issues. The view saved a lot because it is exceptional.

😊: Superb view over the charming town of Menton and down the coast. Small swimming pool was nice to cool off in. Lots of outdoor space to relax in. Friendly and helpful hosts. Little kitchenette was good. Clean, comfortable, good AC. We had a breakfast and evening meal there which was great. Very good value for money. We came by train so got an uber up the hill and found a path down the hill to get to the town. Bit of a walk but worth it for the amazing views. Menton is lovely.. 😢: The villa sits above a dual carriageway which you can hear, and in places could do with being updated. Minor points though, the location is just stunning & was a good value stay..
