😊: The house has many bedrooms & bathrooms, so perfect for a larger group. Downstairs the pool area is nice and there a lot of different activities to do like playing pool, table football, darts etc.. 😢: At night time there were wild hogs in the neighbourhood running around..

😊: We had a fantastic stay at this villa with our group of 12. Everything was even better than we expected! The villa is very spacious, with 7 rooms and plenty of space for everyone to relax and enjoy themselves. The pool was great, and there was lots of shade around the property, which was really appreciated during the hot days. We loved all the activities available, including table tennis, the 8-ball pool table, darts, chess, and other board games. The two barbecues were a great bonus for group dinners, and the kitchen had everything we needed. It was one of the best-equipped kitchens we’ve seen in a holiday villa. Everything was clean, well maintained, and worked perfectly throughout our stay. The bathrooms were also well equipped and comfortable. The location is in a quiet and pleasant area, making it easy to relax and enjoy the surroundings. The beautiful flowers around the property added a lovely touch and made the place feel even more welcoming. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great villa for a large group.. 😢: Everything was amazing..

😊: + great amenities + spacious + comfortable common spaces + 10-15 min walk to the beach, great location and views + good value for money. 😢: - some things in the house are a bit fragile, but nothing significant.
