Villa Terres Rouges - Villa exceptionnelle, piscine chauffée, vue mer, à côté du Palais

The view from this villa is breathtaking. It is in a beautiful area, a great location and it has plenty of space. The rooms are all good sizes, perfectly clean and the Pool is amazing. We would definitely stay there again. Amandine was brilliant, we felt very welcomed and she gave very good instructions of how everything works in the house. The only downsides for us were some late night parties at Palais Bulles, 2 houses down, so it was like being next to an outdoor nightclub. I don’t know generally how often these happen but one night was extremely loud, still after midnight. The house is missing comfortable outdoor furniture. This is a shame as there are no comfortable chairs to sit on outside of an evening to enjoy the view. This would make a big improvement. We also struggled with large biting ants. Being that the house is set in beautiful gardens I’m not sure if this is something that can be addressed. The positives definitely out way the negatives. As I said we loved the house and would definitely stay again. My children felt sad to leave… I felt sad to leave. We have some lovely memories made and many photos of the beautiful view. Thank you

Eine Woche verbrachten wir mit unserer Familie (8Personen) in dem wunderschönen Haus an der Côte d'Azur. Die Lage, der Ausblick, das Ambiente und die Zimmer entsprechen absolut den Angaben aus der Beschreibung von fewo. Wir bekamen eine sehr detaillierte Einweisung in das Haus. Die Kommunikation und die Abwicklung erfolgte unproblematisch. Wir würden auf jeden Fall noch einmal unseren Urlaub dort verbringen.

This villa is absolutely wonderful! The view of the Mediterranean Sea from all three balconies is stunning! thank you Amandine for being so helpful and responsive to our needs!! And the owner, Frederic, you were so helpful in providing ideas to explore beautiful Theoule Sur Mer and the French Riviera. I would highly recommend this villa.

Rien n'a manqué à ce séjour qui nous a laissé une forte impression et un souvenir mémorable. Villa parfaitement équipée avec vue imprenable sur le Golfe de La Napoule et les iles de Lérins, Nous avons été parfaitement accueilli et notre hôte Frédéric nous a toujours répondu de manière amicale. Location is unbelievable. You Do need a car as cabs expensive and bc of Covid some restaurants which were walkable not currently available. However the hourly bus service number 22 is fantastic into Theoule and or along the coast into Cannes. Beautiful beaches to pick from. Wonderful beach club in Port de Mandelieu (Dolce Farniente) with beds / sofas and light snacks drinks. If sun out especially the place Is faultless. Amandine was very helpful. And got us checked in safely.
