😢: This is a scam. We booked the place in February, payed in April and also followed instructions plus tried to contact the host before with questions about, the pool, time for arrival etc. No answer. We showed up at exactly 16.00 as described. No one there. We called again. Nothing. Nine people stranded, looking forward to a nice weekend. Booking first said they would find us another place. Then they said that we need to book it ourselves and get reimbursement afterwards.. Not ok. After four hours of chaos on a Friday afternoon we finally, after another booking that also stated the place as available on Booking, but did not have anything available when approached via phone, FINALLY, we managed to get a booking in a nearby village. This was a hard lesson learned. After being a happy customer at Booking for many years, I am reevaluating my continuation with you. We should receive compensation for this! Always double check the availability with the host BEFORE you book here..
