Great location; free secure parking.

😊: good communication and responsiveness. the apartment was clean and the bed was comfortable. large bathroom. it was very quiet in the house itself. 😢: failed to park the car. did not have a key to the garage. windows overlook the street where moths flutter, it can be noisy. refrigerator door needs to be fixed, does not close tightly and the refrigerator will turn on more often..

😊: Nice and clean apartment. Private parking was good as well. Overall a very good stay!. 😢: The communication and instructions through Booking could be better. First, it required a credit card deposit through a third party website which is a bit shady. The entrance is actually a gate with a digital screen next to the front door, which was not mentioned. Also, there were no instructions on the private car parking in the initial instructions. Only after going inside we found a remote key and had to search for the parking entrance. Would be nice if that was mentioned beforehand. They did not respond to the phone number at all..

The landlord is very friendly. when I’m arriving, Someone comes in person to hand over the keys and demonstrate how to enter the room and parking. This is much better than not meeting the landlord for the entire vacation. You can get a lot of information firsthand. The room is very quiet, clean and tidy. The location is excellent. There is a supermarket next door, a bakery and coffee shop across the street, and the old market square in the old town is just a few minutes away. The most important thing is that there is free parking, which is very friendly to who drive to stay In Rouen, there are almost no free parking spaces in the old town just across the street.
