Vue spectaculaire - calme - accès aux rivières italiennes et françaises

We had a wonderful stay at this home in Menton. It has a wonderful view and is terrific to enjoy sunsets and sunrises over the City Center and the Mediterranean. It is a fair distance up the hill from the City Center itself, so you definitely would want a car, but the roads are good and the property is very easy to get to. We were there during a heat wave, so while the one master bedroom is pleasantly air conditioned, the other bedrooms get fairly hot. That would be my only suggestion for the owner is to add more fans and/or air conditioning units.

Wonderful and spacious villa with incredible views of beautiful Menton. Close to Italy and Nice, easy to drive or use train. Villa was clean and our host was very accommodating. Couldn’t find a better vacation home in the south of France than this one!

My daughter , some friends and I had once again the pleasure of staying at " Villa Paraisette " for few days.I want to say that we discover some new, very pleasant features evrey time. For once, we felt like cooking and we were delighted to see that, among the several beautiful books in the living room, the was a couple of cookbooks dedicated to food in Provence, so we were able to eat like locals .. Also, we had a personnal problem which Arnaud, the housekeeper manager always very aavailable helped us solve. As always, we were sorry to leave.

My daughter and I went back to Villa Paraisette for a week last October . It was our second visit and it was a most enjoyable experience . First at all, Menton off season is quite pleasant . No line waiting in restaurants , shop owners are glad to see you . The sun is still warm . At the villa , Arnaud , the house keeper is very nice and ready to help us in case of problem : he lives nearby . The villa is very welcoming , It had been scrupulously cleaned and sanitized , a useful precaution in these time of pandemics . I hope very much to be able to come back .

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in der großzügigen Villa sehr genossen. Die Villa hat eine gut ausgestattete Küche, drei Etagen, mit jeweils einem Balkon und einen Grill Bereich neben der Terrasse. Zudem einen privaten Jacuzzi und 3 moderen Bäder. Die Lage ist ruhig und am Rand von Menton. Zu Fuß kann man in ca. 30 Minuten in die Innenstadt gehen. Beim Rückweg hat man direkt sein Fitness Programm absolviert, da die Villa auf 180 Höhe Meter liegt. Mit dem Auto kann man jedoch auch in die Stadt fahren. Es gibt Private Parkplätze für das Auto. Insgesamt haben wir den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit

Tout était parfait, Propriétaire très accueillant et disponible. Très belle villa avec une vue exceptionnelle sur Menton. De grands espaces où chacun peut avoir son intimité et une grande terrasse ombragée pour se retrouver face à la mer. On y est "comme à la maison" en particulier cuisine très bien équipée, accueil VIP avec lits faits, linges de toilettes à disposition. SPA appréciable. Très bien située pour découvrir la région. Un grand merci. On y reviendrait avec plaisir.

We had a terrific two week stay in July at the villa. Our host provided most helpful information about the villa and the area. He was responsive to any questions or concerns. The setting of the villa is stunning, a panoramic view we will always remember. The villa is large and well furnished and equipped. It is close to town but removed enough so that you feel away from the at times crowded, busy pace of Cote D'Azur in high season. The hot tub was enjoyable. We used the wood burning oven to cook some memorable seafood meals. the villa is also well priced compared to others in the area we researched. A bonus for us is that our son and his French bulldog could stay with us when they were visiting from Berlin. Overall we would recommend staying at the Villa Paraisette for those wanting an excellent location, comfort and unforgettable vista. Merci bien Francois. John and Cathy, Hamilton, Ontario

The vista from Villa Paraisette is breathtaking and being situated near straddling the French-Italian border offers the cultures and cuisines of both countries.Being "foodies",we chose to by-pass the excellent local restaurants this time and cooked-in every night in the well equipped kitchen and barbecue.Shopping at the Supermercato in the small Italian town of Latte (a ten minute drive from the villa)yielded freshly made pasta and antipasti as well as local garden fresh produce. Having free and handy internet access is a real bonus.The villa is perfect for families or 3 couples because the 3 bedrooms and adjoining bathrooms have a good measure of individual privacy.We stayed at the villa in February and were comfortable sitting on the terrace in light sweaters which we quickly doffed after several minutes in the Riviera sun.Of the five French properties we've previously rented, Villa Paraisette is,by far,our favorite. We hope to return several times.
