😊: Plenty of open space, view of river was gorgeous.. 😢: The floor and chairs table on front porch overlooking back yard was dusty and dirty, otherwise great bnb.

😊: Really nice decor, great location. 😢: The apartment was dirty in areas and when we arrived the ashtray hadn't been emptied and the general state of the balcony was disgusting (we had to wipe the patio furniture down to sit on it). The general cleanliness of the whole apartment left a lot to be desired. No toilet rolls, dishwasher tablets and minimal crockery. When you message the owners they just ignore you..

The river view and location of this property is absolutely UNBEATABLE. I absolutely enjoyed my stay because of the view and location. The decor in the apartment is also pleasing, but a little run down. I believe it was renovated maybe five years ago, but it shows wear and tear throughout. The property was cleaned in a cursory manner, but there was a layer of dust on essentially everything. The table was sticky, as the varnish was decomposing, and the place had not been swept under the table or in various places. The whole time I was there, I kept finding old hair, dust and particles left from other guests. The host did not give me check-in instructions until the very last minute, which stressed me out a ton and I had to chase them down and get VRBO involved in this process. When I arrived and complained about the cleanliness, the host did come and resolve my complaints immediately. So I'm thankful for that. However, the whole place continued to be a fair bit dirtier than I usually expect from a vacation home. Also, several things weren't working even though several others were. So it's a contradiction. For example, the automatic shades in the back are amazing, and so are the cool shutters in the front of the house. However, the range hood "hotte" was broken, so when we cooked, it was filled with oil smells. There is also a thick layer of gross dust on every single ceiling vent. Now to price. This place is excellent value. The river view and spaciousness makes up for all of it

😊: Location is great. Nice view to Garonne River from living room windows. Easy access local transit and to many restuarants and a good grocery store by foot. Seems to be a pretty safe neighbourhood to walk about. Communication with owners was good and they provided timely responses to questions. Very quiet for sleeping Kitchen: 2 coffee pods provided which was greatly appreciated. Bathroom: towels were good quality Bed: two twin beds moved together - newer mattresses - quite comfortable; duvet cover did the job - not heavy but kept us quite comfortable.. 😢: Located on first floor - when blinds are up people could possibly see into the bedroom and people on the street could possible have a view into the main living areas of the apartment. Internet: not secure - needs upgrading Bedding: pillows need replacing with good quality pillows; bed needs to have a comfortable, washable mattress cover. Bathroom: toilet - replace toilet seat; shower - regrout - does not look very nice and ensure drain is cleaned so that it drains properly otherwise water flows out onto bathroom floor; provide at least 1 hand towel per person - we were given only 1 hand towel. Toilet paper: could be a littlle more generous for 2 people for 4 night stay - would suggest a minimum of 3 rolls rather than the 2 provided. Kitchen: provide salt & pepper, provide a tea towel to dry dishes, provide 1 or 2 more dishwasher pods, provide dishwashing soap for hand washing dishes, update dinner plates, etc..

The apartment and neighborhood were super pet friendly. The living room faced the promenade along the river and the bedroom faced the courtyard. We slept very well.

😊: The space and location.. 😢: Response from the booking. They will not respond to you on time. If you are in some trouble, don't expect any solution from them on time..

😊: The location was excellent close to everything. It was more spacious than expected with modern amenities. 😢: The communication with staff was very poor. In fact it was non existent - we contacted them upon check in to ask for bedsheets as there was none for the sofa bed. We tried to call them twice and sent them an email but no one got back to us. Luckily we had friends living locally so we were able to borrow some sheets and extra bath towels..
