3rd floor apartment with lake view swimming pool tennis

Great views, a nice quite location if your staying in, but loads of interesting thing's near by to explore.

Appartement idéalement situé dans une résidence privée calme avec vue imprenable sur le lac d'Annecy. Intérieur cosy tout confort avec appareils ménagers récents Literie impeccable. Vaisselle et batterie de cuisine en quantité suffisante Adresse à garder précieusement .

Le logement correspond au descriptif. Dans un endroit calme, la vue sur la ville et le lac est incroyable, très reposant.

Appartement lumineux avec belle vue sur le lac. Un effort à faire pour le matelas peu confortable. Cuisine bien aménagée. Avons passé un excellent séjour.

Avons passé un excellent séjour comme à l'habitude, dans cet appartement et cette magnifique ville d'Annecy. Nous adorons cette région alors que nous vivons sûr la côte d'Azur à Cannes. Revenons en juillet et et souhaitons y revenir l'an prochain en janvier février puis en juillet. Sommes ravis...

We had a great stay at this apartment in Annecy. The views from the balcony were absolutely stunning and the photos don't do it justice! The apartment was well equipped and very comfortable. There was some confusion at check in, we hadn't realised we needed to bring our own sheets (apparently this is common in France but we hadn't come across this before) and cleaning fee was not included. We were also meant to bring a very large cash deposit which we hadn't done and to be honest I wouldn't have felt comfortable handing over that amount of cash without a receipt and in an office environment with some traceability but in the end the owner waved it which was great. The location was excellent we made use of the veloncey bike scheme at the bottom of the hill and mostly cycled for free for the whole holiday! Overall a great stay and would recommend!
