😊: NOTHING. We had to leave the apartment almost immediately we arrived.. 😢: We arrived at the apartment at 9pm. I was inspecting the facilites and opened the washing machine and water came cascading out. The apartment flooded. We had to use all the towels to mop up. We had to book another hotel as there was no way to contact the office. When we went to the office the next day we were told that they would clean it and we needed to go back. We had already booked another place. We have not received any compensation. The terrace is not as it seems and smelled like cat urine..
