Cozy studio in Nice Désambrois

😊: The fan is extremely effective at keeping the room cool, everything ic completely clean, bed was so comfortable, numerous additions (e.g. body washes + laundry tablets), friendly and responsive host, autonomic arrival was easy and quick, a quiet, secluded area so close to the city, was lucky enough to meet the lovely cleaner upon departure!. 😢: Nothing.

😊: The location as it’s pretty close to the beach, walking distance and many restaurants to choose from.

😊: The property is situated in a nice area. There are plenty of amenities within walking distance.. 😢: For the price, the property was well over priced. The property was very unclean, the towels had multiple marks on them, there was a shard of glass in the bed as if it hadn’t been cleaned, there is no ventilation for the shower, which, in a studio is terrible as everything remained damp due to the condensation. Upon leaving we noticed that there was a large patch of mould directly next to the head board of the bed which, regardless of the price is totally unacceptable..

😊: Very good location in calm and cosy neighbourhood, 15 min walking from Old Town Nice and 8 min from subway. Small studio newly done, modern and well equipped for this standard.. 😢: The studio was clean except for the floor. The studio was at the level of a celler with two small windows, which I guess it is the reason why the price is very nice for the size and the location..
