😊: Well located studio appartment. Good powerful fan- coped with 35 degrees outside. Good kitchen.. 😢: Appartement is on first floor ( not ground) and reached by a narrow steep staircase. No lift.Would be difficult with large luggage.

😊: Comfortable, well located accommodation. Staff were helpful & allowed us to store our luggage on site, prior to check-in time. 😢: Nothing.

😊: The location was fabulous!! Had everything we needed. 😢: The BED!! To small & to hard!!A double for two adults these days is not big enough. My partner is 6foot2! !! No extra pillows.. pillows there need replacing. Need summer sheet/ duvet. Small bedside table & lamp would be useful. Needs air conditioning. The fan not enough !.

😊: This is a charming studio apartment in a great location in Annecy. The access was a little tricky but well explained in an email prior to arrival. Communication with Raffaele, the owner, was excellent and he responded to a couple of our questions promptly and in a very helpful and friendly manner. Thank you Raffaele !. 😢: This is not a criticism but guests should be aware that the stairs leading up into the studio are quite steep and could be difficult for anyone with mobility issues..
