😊: Great location- very convenient for exploring paris and local areas, has some nice foodie places nearby. Well connected to public transport! Only a short uber ride away from the eurostar terminal and a cheap uber to see the eiffel tower at night. Great space, good sized beds (especially considering one is a sofa bed!) The facilities in the kitchen and the living spaces are perfect and work well for 4, often these sort of spaces technically sleep 4 but don’t really work practically. Bathroom was lovely and big. Great if you want to cook, includes a dishwasher which is nice. Very private and quiet - had no issues with noise whatsoever.. 😢: Only very very minor comments- air conditioning wasn’t the most responsive, there are very powerful fans provided which are excellent and therefore this doesn’t detract much at all from the overall property. The only other minor comment is that there is a window with blinds between the bedroom and the living space which means if the people in the living room want to stay up and leave the light on this lets light into the room through the edge of the blinds. Again only very very minor comments and would not put us off staying again! Overall highly highly recommend..

😢: I had to quit the property, and find myself a suitable alternative accommodation at my own expense. Although I asked for free cancellation due to contractual non-conformity, I was never granted full refund, nor the property ever accepted to recognise the issue they caused and the misleading apartment description published in Booking. CONFORTABLE LIVING: Booked the flat to make sure there was full integrated air-conditioning (which was confirmed in writing by the property at the booking) to cope with the heat wave discomfort. Air-conditioning was not working. Inside temperature was registered at 32 Celsius whilst the Airconditioning was set 16 Celsius.  The Property phone assistance didn't come till 3 hours after my first attempt to reach them during check-in.   Property assistance never came; they were not able to propose a solution nor fix the problem. MODERN AMENITIES:  City view does not exist. The view from the apartment is just and simply a building 10 meters away from the window. PRIME LOCATION: The street looks dodgy with group of dealers hanging out in the vicinity of the building..

Ein sehr praktischer und komfortabler Aufenthalt, Die Waschmaschine und der Trockner waren unglaublich praktisch, besonders nach einem langen Tag voller Erkundungen, Die Dusche hatte einen tollen Wasserdruck, und die Bettwäsche war frisch und sauber, Insgesamt eine solide Wahl für einen Paris-Besuch,

Ein gemütlicher und moderner Raum, perfekt für Familien, Das Kinderbett war eine nette Geste für Reisende mit Kleinkindern, Die Aufteilung der Wohnung ist sehr praktisch, mit einer schönen Küche und einem komfortablen Wohnbereich, Wir haben uns sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt!

Tolle Lage im 12, Arrondissement! Es ist eine ruhige Straße, aber so nah an lokalen Geschäften und Cafés, Das Badezimmer war sauber und gut mit wichtigen Dingen wie Shampoo und Duschgel ausgestattet, Ich habe auch den Haartrockner geschätzt – definitiv ein Plus!

Dieses Apartment ist perfekt für einen Gruppenurlaub! Wir hatten viel Platz mit dem Doppelbett und dem Schlafsofa, Der Wasserkocher war großartig für Tee spät in der Nacht, und der Fernseher war eine schöne Ergänzung, um nach einem Tag voller Besichtigungen zu entspannen,

😊: A good location, very close to the metro and good selection of restaurants.. 😢: It was quiet, with double glazed windows.
