😢: The apartment does not correspond to the price and does not meet basic hygiene and sanitary standards. Upon arrival, we found dirty floors, a very dirty bathtub and sink, and bathroom fixtures that clearly require thorough cleaning and renovation. The drain under the sink was leaking, with a container underneath filled with unpleasant-smelling water. The kitchen surfaces were dirty, as were the inside of the cupboards. There was an unpleasant smell throughout the apartment, and the refrigerator also had a bad smell. In addition, the apartment was extremely hot, which made it uncomfortable to stay there. Overall, we had a very negative experience. The apartment requires thorough cleaning and significant maintenance..
