😊: Great welcoming, spacious, has everything you need. We stayed 3 nights, very close to the beach and to sipermarkets.

😊: Host met us and showed us to the apartment. This was his private apartment in the past and we liked it immediately. It is spacious, comfortable, cozy and pleasant. Made us feel at home. Rooms and beds were comfortable. There is one shower but tow toilets' which made us more comfy. The apartment overlooks a nice inner garden and has a big balcony. Kitchen was fully equipped. Location between Nice and Antibes was very good for us. A vehicle is a must to reach the many restaurants and stores around. Parking is outside on the front door. Easy to carry luggage in.. 😢: The tree over the private parking emits a lot of resin on the car. The neighbors have car covers. We had to get our vehicle washed when we moved on..

😊: We had a car so the location was very good for access to either Cannes or Nice. There is a Paul's within easy walking distance for breakfast and the local Intermarché is also very close. The kitchen in the apartment is well equipped if you prefer to do your own cooking.. 😢: From my experience staying in Airbnb accommodation all over France, the bedding is not great. The pillows are a weird shape, more like cushions, duvets are synthetic with a lot of static electricity and the fitted sheets don't fit well as mattresses are generally too thin. This one thing always bothers me and prevents me from giving properties a 10/10 rating..

😊: The host contacted us with a time to meet and took time to show my wife around the appartment. The appartment itself was fantastic, extremley spacious and airy. It featured a nice little balcony, aircon in every room and was exceptionally well equipped. Its located within walking distance of a supermarket, Pharmacy, train station and a great little bar La Cabane Villeneuve-Loubet. I liked the fact there is gated secure parking, the place was just great. Thnak you. 😢: nothing.
