😊: We had a wonderful stay and would happily recommend this apartment. It is exceptionally well designed, comfortable, and clearly equipped with travellers in mind. The kitchen had everything we needed, including a washing machine and dryer, and the apartment was thoughtfully furnished throughout. The large dining table was also perfect for working, and the apartment itself was very quiet. The layout worked very well for us, with two comfortable bedrooms. We used the downstairs bedroom, although we happened to visit during an unusually hot period, with temperatures above 30°C. Like many properties in Brittany, there is no air conditioning, but thankfully a fan was provided, which made a noticeable difference. Something to keep in mind is that the full bathroom is upstairs, while downstairs there is only a separate toilet. It was not an issue for us, but it is worth knowing in advance. There is also no lift, so you need to walk up two floors to reach the apartment. Again, this was not a problem for us, but it may be relevant for some guests. The only item we could not find was an iron. We did not contact the agency about it, however, and given how responsive and helpful they were, I am quite sure they would have arranged one for us had we asked. The apartment is not directly by the beach, but it is within a pleasant and easy walking distance, and overall the location was very convenient. It is also close to the excellent Saturday market. Although there is no dedicated parking space, we had no difficulty finding street parking nearby. Communication with the agency was excellent. They were responsive, flexible, and very accommodating when we needed to adjust our plans by phone. Overall, this is a fantastic apartment in a beautiful town. It was comfortable, practical, quiet, and very well equipped, and it made for a wonderful stay in Dinard. We would definitely stay here again..
