Appartement avec Air-conditionnés ds villa, avec parking privé fermé devant

The property was very charming as was our hostess. The villa is on a hillside overlooking Nice with wonderful views and we sat on the terrace every evening to watch the sun set behind the mountains. The apartment is very well equipped and comfortable. There is a bus stop just outside the property to get down to the train station where you have easy access to trains, trams and buses that can get you anywhere you need to go (we didn't rent a car). The only caution is to watch the bus schedule carefully if you're relying on the bus to get you down the hill as it runs from about 8:00 to 6:45. If you stay out later you can always take an Uber. Overall we had a fantastic stay and we would highly recommend this property and definitely stay here again.

Nous avons passé un super séjour,bien visité les environs que nous connaissions déjà. Avons apprécié la gentillesse,la discrétion et la disponibilité des propriétaires. Le parking facile et sur est un gros plus. L’appartement est très très bien équipé avec une terrasse très agréable. Il est clair que si nous devons revenir à Nice,nous reprendrons ce logement.

We had a very nice stay at Madame Dupre's appartment. Especially the kitchen has everything it needs, From the large terrasse which we used a lot for meals you have a wonderful view over Nice, You can park your car safe in the garden. The garden going up is beautiful and has a nice atmosphere. The appartment is situated just between the port of Nice where a lot of activities take place and Villefrache a very beautiful village. Mme Dupre's spoiled us with some cakes and goodies and is very friendly and helpful but keeps distance for privacy at the same time. It is honest to say there is sometimes some noice from the roadway below, but for sure for the night you can make the house mouse quiet for a good nigtht sleep. We very much recommand this appartment.

We stayed in this apartment for a week in October and had a fabulous holiday. Michelle our host was so kind and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The apartment was very well equipped with everything you could possibly need and has superb views. The location is also great, away from busy Nice centre but yet very accessible to all places of interest. We walked to Nice Port and centre in 15 to 20 mins, a pleasant stroll downhill. We did a lot of touring in the week using public transport which is very efficient and cheap. Villefranche-sur-mer was our favourite which is about a 15 min walk from the villa and is very pretty with lots of little paved streets. The village of Eze is also definitely worth a visit. And of course Nice centre has it all, beautiful promenade, fabulous architecture, designer shops and the old town. Thanks Michelle for being such a wonderful host and for being so patient and correcting my French. We hope to return again next year.
