Appartement avec terrasse | Proche Place Masséna

Wen die beiden negativen Punkte...<br>#128578; Positiv waren für uns: +tolle zentrale Lage in der Nähe zur Strandpromenade und zum Place Massena Balkon mit seitlichem Meerblick. + zwei leistungsfähige und leise Klimaanlagen, je eine im Schlaf- und Wohnzimmer + Ersatzhandtücher -kissen und -laken + großer Kühlschrank + Wohnung mit teils älterer aber sympathischer und gepflegter Einrichtung - wir brauchen keine durchdesignte Wohnung<br>#128577; Lediglich zwei Kritikpunkte haben wir: - Ein 180 cm breites Bett hätte im großen Schlaftimmer mühelos Platz, leider steht dort nur ein ca 160 cm breites Doppelbett mit einer 140 cm breiten Matratze. - die Schlüssel mussten wir bei Ankunft in einem 11 Minuten zu Fuß entfernten Hotel abholen. (Bei Abreise konnten wir die Schlüssel im Apartment liegen lassen)

Très beau séjour<br>#128578; L emplacement, la vue du balcon et la literie de la chambre , beaucoup d équipement de cuisine.<br>#128577; Dans le salon le canapé lit est selon moi désuet et les fauteuils pas très propre (vieux) . Les planchers auraient pu etre plus propre .

Mitten in der Stadt und...<br>#128578; Viel Platz in der Wohnung und eine sehr gute Lage. Alles zu Fuß erreichbar. Punkt 8 Uhr hatten wir am Frühstückstisch Sonne. Vom Balkon aus kann man ein Stück vom Meer sehen.

Séjour à Nice<br>#128578; L'appartement est très grand et super confortable, bien équipé, bien éclairé et sécuritaire. Situé à 2 minutes de la Promenade des Anglais.La vue sur le balcon avant est agréable. Situé au 2ième étage, assez calme en mars. Une vraie cuisine avec plusieurs commodités. L'accueil a été celui d'un hôtel avec les utilités appréciables.<br>#128577; Le bruit des rénovations dans l'appartement voisin. Parfois tôt le matin.

Nice and spacious apartment that was quiet at night. It was very well equipped which we made use of when the restaurants were closed due to covid19. Lucienne and Sandrine did everything they could to ensure our holiday was a success, We are hoping to return again next year.

Prefect location, few feet from the "Promenade des Anglais" and the beach, and a pedestrian area with tons of restaurants. It is facing a nice garden, and from the balcony, you can see the sea, and the pedestrian area. Apartment is as described clean, fully furnished, and everything is handled to ensure you are having a comfortable journey. Host was very, courteous and responsive, and have been very supportive on a personal issue we had have during our stay. It is handled by professionals and you can feel it in every aspect of the rental. It perfectly fits a family of four (2 adults and 2 kids). Just be aware that the available parking (very close to the apartment) is tight and very challenging to get a large family car into it. We definitively recommend this location.
