Esperienza eccezionale, oltre ogni aspettativa!<br>#128578; Posizione eccezionale, comodissima, in pieno centro, vicinissimo al lago (devi solo attraversare la strada). Nella via dell'appartamento ci sono molti posti dove mangiare e/o prendere da asporto. L'appartamento è stupendo, grande, luminoso, pulitissimo, ben arredato e con tutti i confort possibili e immaginabili (anche la macchinetta del caffè con le capsule e la lavastoviglie!).<br>#128577; La pecca più grande è probabilmente che l'appartamento è al quarto piano e non c'è l'ascensore. È davvero l'unica cosa di negativo che posso trovare. Se proprio devo impegnarmi a trovare altro, l'acqua dei rubinetti (ma non della doccia!) esce fredda subito e per un bel po', quindi devi aspettare (e sprecare acqua) per avere l'acqua calda. Ma davvero inezie rispetto a tutti gli aspetti positivi che abbiamo riscontrato.

Außergewöhnlich<br>#128578; Die Lage ist super. Für gehbehinderte Menschen wäre das Appartement nicht geeignet, es hat 72 Treppenstufen zu bewältigen. Für Lärmempfindliche auch nicht, die Fenster gehen alle zu einer stark frequentierten, aber autofreien Strasse mit mehreren Restaurants. Die Fenster halten den Lärm aber gut ab.
