Appartement confort - Carcassonne centre - NETFLIX

😊: Good location.. 😢: We weren’t greeted by owner. No idea where owner lived, if nearby for example? Owner took ages to respond to our request for a tea towel & we enquired about the coffee pods? He said later on in the day about 15h plus after we had arrived he would drop something off ( we were out and never looked at messages as I didn’t expect a reply…we were leaving the following morning!) No parking outside as told on advert. There were three spaces and they were taken over the two nights we weee there! You had to pay up until 18h and then it would be free on weekends. No good to us arriving mid week! False information given. Apartment a good size but a bit unwelcoming. Very bare and a huge lack of utensils. No bottle opener, small broken tipped sharp knife. No wine glasses, No coffee like we had read from reviews. No tea towel to dry dishes. No sieve for when we cooked some pasta… just a little unloved in general. Dishes from previous occupiers left for us to put away? Was the apartment even cleaned before we arrived.. we’ll never know? Lots of half empty bottles of shampoo left on basin (4 in total).

😊: Beautiful home in the middle of town. 24 hour parking for 7.50 euros a 3 min walk away. Great stuff, many thanks!.

😊: Very central and easy to get anywhere in Carcassone city centre. The flat is at ground floor making things easy. Good size bedroom and living room with a sofa-bed. Good size kitchen. The best part: there is a Nespresso coffee machine which is quite good for coffee lovers and a traditional moka coffee maker as well. They can provide breakfast to the property, which is another perk (croissants, baguettes, milk, butter, etc).. 😢: Being very central there is a chance to hear noises from people passing by..
