Appartement cosy à Nice, 2 mn de la gare, mer et vieux Nice à pieds

😊: The location close to the Gare Thiers Train Station and Tram stop was very convenient. Supermarket Monoprix was also close by and a lovely little boulangerie/ bakery only 2 mins down the road on the corner. It was great having air conditioning given the 30° daily temperatures. Our host was also very helpful getting bathroom toiletries when we pointed out that these were advertised as being included. Overall we had a great time in Nice and would thoroughly recommend visiting it if you haven't already done so. Great bars and restaurants for food, though pints are around e9 towards.. 😢: Initially we felt the distance to the beach and old town were further than advertised however upon discovering the local tram stop close by we found it was easy to get to these areas in 5 mins..

😊: Close to train station. Good area for shops and restaurants. Comfortable bed . Quiet. Safe. Good communication with host. Easy to get the key.. 😢: Tiny shower. No TV..

😊: Good location. Close to the train station, central street and the beach. Street is quiet at night. Suitable for light sleeper. Quite a lot of space in the apartment, functional kitchen.. 😢: A couple of things in apartment need to be repaired (door knob to the bathroom falls out, door to the bedroom squeaks, one of the towel hooks in the bathroom fell off) Kitchen could be more equipped. Another knife, pot and a cutting board would be nice. No TV. It is clear in the description but would be nice to have for longer stays. No washing machine. I believe it is typical for Nice and there is a laundromat nearby..
