😊: Loved this little apartment. 15 minute walk into cognac centre with the dog. Supermarket really close. Small and cosy. Comfy bed and host was next door and really friendly. Enclosed garden.. 😢: No TV in lounge. Only in bedroom but only little thing I would change.

😊: Lovely one bedroom flat in walking distance to town. Nicely decorated with shared small garden. 😢: No private parking and futon style bed..

😊: The property is cute and immaculate with modern design. There were a few extras provided like tea and coffee etc. The outside space is small but adequate and fenced off which is excellent when you have a dog. We parked outside on the street which has free parking bays. The supermarket is at the end of the road a couple of minutes walk away. Although we only stayed for one night we did get to enjoy the public gardens definitely worth a visit.. 😢: The bed was low ,some people could find it difficult to get out of..

😊: We loved our stay in this gorgeous place - it's so thoughtfully decorated and in a lovely setting. It's dog friendly, which was vital for us, and the powerful ceiling fan was a relief during the warm evenings. It was easy to park out front and there is a supermarket super close by.. 😢: Due to the nature of the renovated building, it's only possible to open the windows by having the large doors open - it would have been good to be able to have air coming in without having the doors open, but it's not a major thing. A dishwasher would also be icing on the cake!.

Außergewöhnlich<br>#128578; Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Das kleine Haus ist sehr gemütlich und nett eingerichtet. Der Ausblick in den Garten ist sehr schön. Wenn jemand in der Gegend übernachten möchte, ist da bestens aufgehoben. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Highly recommend this property, wouldn’t...<br>#128578; Very well presented, very clean and everything you need is there. Lovely owners who were happy to help out providing parasols and fans at short notice when it got really hot. Great location
