😊: It was clean and all basic facilities provided. Best thing about this apartment was the location. Very close to many attractions.. 😢: Nothing.

😊: The property is good located, just 15 min walk from the Arc de Triomphe and there are lots of cafes and markets around.. 😢: In general we were very disappointed with our stay. There were not enough towels in the room, and the duvet cover was dirty and showed clear signs of previous use. In the bathroom, the handheld shower was broken, and only the overhead shower was working. The view from the windows could have been good but the windows were very dirty. The host also failed to inform us that there was no consistent access to hot water in the apartment. One evening, in the middle of her shower, my wife ran out of hot water and had to finish under cold water, which made her seriously ill. This incident ruined our trip. The apartment is also poorly designed in terms of layout and ergonomics. There is no place to hang coats near the entrance — the nearest hanger is in the bedroom. In the bathroom, there are no hooks at all to hang towels..
