Ideally located in old town...<br>#128578; Beautifully presented apartment right in the heart of old town. We loved our stay and highly recommend this property to all that visit Annecy. Close to bars, restaurants, shops and local amenities. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Home Base for Annecy...<br>#128578; First-floor location on a old-town street hosting an outdoor farmer’s market a few days a week and packed with restaurant options was a perfect home base for attending the Annecy Animation Festival. A sort, scenic walk to the lake, the Bonlieu, and the Pathe cinema, I could pop back to the apartment to eat lunch between sessions when needed. Enjoyed the ample space and the Netflix. Appreciated that the Welkeys staff accommodated an earlier check-in when my drive from Italy took less time than I’...

We loved the location of this property - a short walk from the train station and right in the middle of Annecy. Many shops and restaurants in the immediate area. Large bathroom in the property was excellent but the washroom seemed to run low on hot water after only one shower - leaving someone showering second in a race to beat the cold water! One thing to note is that there was a bit of noise from the restaurant below - this wasn't a big issue for us but for someone who needed to sleep early this could have been a problem.

The apartment was lovely, newly remodeled and in a perfect location. We will definitely be back! Merci
