😊: Conveniently located and great communication with host. 😢: Would have liked a tv connected to the channels but it was great either way.

😊: The property is very close to the station and the town Centre. 😢: The bathroom had no hook to hang the shower hose which made it difficult to shower and the toilet needed a good clean The bed was broken, one of the slats was damaged and needs repairing.

😊: Was close to the town centre and staff was friendly.. 😢: To be honest it didn’t look like it had been cleaned. There were old opened food and drinks left from previous stay “for everyone to use” in the fridge, the coffee machine was brown and dirty, I thought that was disgusting. The bathtub needed a good scrub needless to say we didn’t even bother to shower. Bed sheets were very dark and crinkly and pillows had strange stains on them they didn’t look clean. We just used our beach towel to cover the bed for the night as we didn’t have the courage to sleep on those sheets. The decor is a cluster of different styles and the lounge was stuffed with live plants, it wasn’t cozy at all. The whole house in general needs a good clean. We were also asked for a 500€ deposit that was returned 7 days later, there is no mention of a deposit upon booking. Lastly the apartment is directly located across from Annecy train station and it is full seriously intimidating looking people, the area feels very very unsafe. We were really disappointed with the apartment considered the price..
