😊: Friendly host.. 😢: Dangerous, narrow, rough, difficult drive with 70 degrees slope to to get to the property - very steep! This is not mentioned on booking.com. No microwave..

😊: Friendly and helpful hosts. A bottle of rosé waiting for us in the fridge (very welcome after a long drive). And a Nespresso machine with coffee capsules for next day's breakfast! Everything has been thought of..

😊: I had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Cagnes-sur-Mer with my family (father, mother, and three daughters). The apartment is spacious, very comfortable, and equipped with modern appliances. The air conditioning works perfectly, and everything was clean and well-maintained. The host is extremely kind, lives in the same building, and gave us complete privacy while being available whenever we needed anything. He also provided us with a private parking space, which was very convenient. The location is excellent – right between Cannes and Nice, making it easy to reach both cities. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, perfect for a good night’s sleep and a calm morning. Overall, it was an excellent experience for our family, and I highly recommend this apartment..
