Bel appartement spacieux ,convivial de 3 chambres avec parking privé sécure

😊: A lovely, well equipped apartment. Nice and spacious with comfy beds. Well situated to walk into Caen and to drive to the Normandy beaches and Bayeux. Plenty of parking. No excessive noise from the other flats. Lovely boulangerie and shop nearby.. 😢: Nothing to add here. All good 👍.

😊: Extreemly comfortable beds!. 😢: Washing mashine was dirty and leaked, we did not managed to wash clothes..

😊: Location was nice and quiet with a very convenient patisserie AND mini supermarket 2 mins walk. Main centre only a mile walk away. Good contact from host. U need to park your car outside the grounds to get your key from key safe to then allow barrier entry into car park. Inside the apartment was clean, spacious and what I would expect from a lower price range of accommodation. Bathrooms could do with an upgrade but that's just an observation, not an issue. Stayed here with 4 adults in total and 3 double bed rooms. Lounge and kitchen lovely. We ate in the last night and everything we needed was there. Also dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, oven, kettle, coffee maker, and more. Very good. One toilet in the apartment is in a separate room from the bath/shower. This is an apartment in a block so expect some small noise from the stairwell but this was not an issue. We all slept very well in comfy beds. Overall I would definitely stay here again for a Normandy Coast trip to see War Graves and Memorials. I would also stay here for a base for a motorbike trip.. 😢: Bathrooms could do with being renewed specifically the bath..
