😊: The information pack we recieved was absolutely brilliant. Perfectly explained and informative. Excellent. The apartment was very spacious and well equipped, both bedrooms were both of a good size, loads of storage and both beds were really comfortable. Shower room was lovely and modern. Kitchen was modern and of a high standard, and contained everything we needed during our stay. The fans were a great thought during the heatwave. Thank you.The apartment was perfectly located for us to walk into the centre of Caen, catch the train into Paris for the day, and to catch the bus to Ouistreham.. 😢: Allthough the garage was a lovely addition to our stay we did have one of the neighbours block us in, which inconvenienced us a bit but we just changed our plans to suit for that day..

😊: Hosts communicated well. Very helpful welcome document. Beds were comfortable. Overall seemed clean. Proximity to train station was helpful.. 😢: Absolutely no lighting in building's stairwell. Washing machine was unusable. Mildew in shower caulking. Quiet hours are very restrictive..

😊: Large and with enough beds for the whole family, ie 2 adults and 2 teens. Fully stocked kitchen and laundry facilities. Free parking as well.. 😢: The parking was very tight but manageable. The toilet though is separate and you have to access the bath separately..

😊: A great apartment with good access to all local sites and it even has secure car parking..

😊: Location and private parking, accesibility of the staff (fast responses from hosts), clear instructions.. 😢: The smell of the cleaning chemicals in the appartment, creaking floor, hard to close toilet doors, problems with main door's lock..
