😊: Handy location 15 minutes walk to Toulouse Station and a short walk to the old part of town. Plenty of cafes, restaurants and boulangers nearby. Bar across the road was good and Mazzolina Pizza around the corner was excellent. Had a washing machine.. 😢: À 300 Euro security deposit which inconveniently ties up your funds. It was returned promptly after leaving. Floor is noisy, nothing new in France. Washing machine but no clothes rack or facility to hang washed clothes..

😊: simple, well located.. 😢: The appartment is too cheap with the amenities. No shampoo, no hand towel, no shower mat, only one cheap toilet roll, no trash bag... c'mon for 90 euros per night you can do better. Also, the check in form asks for just too many unneccessary personal details..

😊: The apartment is of enough size for 1 or 2 people. Well equipped in the kitchen, wifi was fast.. 😢: Dirty at some spots here and there. The bed is not a proper bed, it is a sofa-bed, with very thin and soft mattress, and the pillows are sofa's pillows. When I arrived the sink in the bathroom was obstructed and water stagnating. A plumber had to come to fix it. The main issue was with the check-in and the unpleasent interactions with the host. Check-in instructions were given only in French within an app from which you cannot copy and paste to get it translated. I asked to receive them in English, and they added a concise and confused sentence. When I arrived in the evening, I could not find where the key box of the apartment was located, as it is not specified in the instructions. The owner did not reply to my messages nor answered the phone. I was about to go away and take a room at a hotel nearby when I met in the corridor another person who lives in the building and showed me the places where all the key boxes of apartments are hidden. Luckily, I found the one I needed (inside the mailbox, and not at the floor of the apartment). When I notified the host of the lack of information and assistance, he/she did not even get close to apologize for the inconvenience but replied with an arrogant message (“everything was written above in our conversation, in fact at 11:30 p.m. I sleep especially since I know that everything is accessible in the application, just read”). I attach here the picture of the information that was given, so that everyone can verify how accessible the instructions are. Note: 1- the English sentence was added after my first complain; 2- it just says that the keys can be “retrieved from the key box” (without saying where it is); 3- apparently, the location of the box was explained in the french part, which was not translated..

😊: A comfortable, well located apartment.
