CASABLANCA free parking

😊: Fabulously presented nice modern apartment in an older building recently close to station a walk to most places. 😢: The lift was a little small but it’s old building so what can you do? Also, if you have a high vehicle it wouldn’t rely on getting into the parking the 2.05 m clearance is only for the ground floor parking but the parking space for the apartment is up on the second floor carpark, which has a very tight roof on the ramp. I guess something like 1.8m meter..

😊: It eas clean, tastefully furnished and decorated. It has a well equipped kitchen, two good sized bedrooms, loads of storage space . The living are was really spacious and there was even a balcony to enjoy the evening sun. We would definitely recommend to others.. 😢: The corridors smelled of stale Tabasco smoke and the shared areas , entrance, lift and car park were tired and quite scruffy. If a picture of the external was provided at booking I think it would put people off..

😊: Very close to everything. Clean and comfortable. Satisfised 100%. 😢: Nothing.

😊: Location, close to the Old Town. Car parking. Lovely, comfortable apartment, well fitted out.. 😢: The only issue we had was refuse disposal. We could not access the waste bins in the basement due to locked doors and no keys. The contact for Casablanca was unable to assist and told us to just leave our refuse in the apartment. This was unacceptable, but nothing we could do about it. Casablanca, this is an easy thing to fix up! A safety issue is the door into the apartment. Whilst very secure, it must be locked on the inside with the key. That means, if one person goes out and another stays in the apartment, the front door must remain unlocked in case of an emergency, such as a fire. Perhaps a second key would resolve the issue..
